Big-O Software

I have tried downgrading, but it did the same thing. So I just downloaded 5.2.3292 again since it had the same problem anyway. I'd really like to know what the problem is though. It's strange.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to help. I have AIM Version 5.2.3292 and the newest version of Dead AIM as well.
