last year sometime (before i had win XP... i think it was either ME or 98 i was using), i was looking through all kinds of crap and i found a file that included my buddylist names and away messages and other stuff for more than just AIM..... im not sure on this, but i think it was the"user.dat&...

php aint that hard of a language toi get used to.... if ya done any other language, its gonna be easy for ya. Just go to an online tutorial real quick and read up on MySQL and php.... a simple counter should be no prob

Ok, i ran into ur prob too..... wat i found out is although the password change function opens a IE page for ya to changer ur pass in, the older version of AIM still has the in-program feature still enabled (AIM 4.7)..... so wat i did was just use AIM 4.7 which is on my other computer to change all ...

yes... you can use php to do scripting in the profile.... can ya use cgi or asp tho? it seems like ya could, but i never tried it.... well, i dunno bout the cgi actually.....

i dunno... anyone else tried or ya gonna make me try for myself? lol

well, i can tell you there isnt a way. ive been with this stuff for about a year (maybe) and ive been lookin up everythiong i can in the aim program.... as i know, there isnt a way to do that....

but hey, who knows about aim 5, lol.... havent even dl'ed it

hell yea ive heard of it! i used to love it... i used it when i had AIM 4.3 or sumthin around that, lol...... i lost it until tonight coincedently
