If AOL asks you to take a site down and has a good reason for it and you say no, the next step is litigation. Then the site would go down and damages would be paid.
AOL obviously doesn't want just anyone viewing member profiles for whatever reason, and has shut down websites like AOL-Profile in the past. Unless they've suddenly changed their stance on the issue, once they're aware of the site's existence it won't last very long.

I ran a WHOIS lookup on the domain.. and no info is available.
BUT that could be because they registered it Private through GoDaddy.com..(a damn good Registrar if I say so myself!
)
which would mean it wont show any information..
