Wow...

I smell a lawsuit.

Someone should "REALLY" contact Mark and/or Ryan about this.

talk about a "throw together" site.

The forum doesn't exist either.
"coming soon" .. but yet they've been around since 1999 according to their copyright.

Their contact page doesn't even work correctly.
the underlying PHP code for the contact submission form doesn't exist.

I tried emailing them.
What the hell are you trying to pull?
version 6?

Where did version 1 go? You appear out of no-where and claim you have version 6?

You also might want to try changing the name of your program. AIM+ has already been taken.

They haven't even visited the website since November. And not to bring it up again, but they haven't had a release of AIM+ since 2002, so its not like their is going to be a big fuss. I look at it as at least there are people out there who want to bring it back to the top, as long as there are no bugs, its free, and more features. And Its not like they can do it here since Big-O pretty much doesn't exist anymore minus the forums which are now run by other people. Yeah, I don't like the fact that there lying about the copyrights, but in all honesty, it can be version 6.1. One feature = 1 new version.

Besides I doubt a lawsuit would make it to court because by AIM regs you can't modify their program, so Mark and Ryan would be coming to court with unclean hands in legalese terms.

no mark and ryan did edit the aimres.dll or any of aim at that matter b/c u could still run aim without aim+ therefore their program just ran on top of aim...
