When you press F2 it turns off and on timestamps in AIM.
It also makes it so you can, and can't see HTML comments <!-- comment goes here -->

Hey i tried the <!--text--> and several versions of that and it still hasnt worked. is there any other why to do it?

you have to make it pure html..... just typing it in the AIM window wont work.
Open NOTEPAD and type in what you want to say.. .something like this:
<!-- you loser! --> hey, press f2
then select it, and copy it. (press ctrl-C)
then go into your aim window and paste it. (ctrl-V)
all you SHOULD see is:
hey, press f2
then jsut press the send button, and when they press f2, the 'you loser' part should show up

you have to go to your aim prefs, and shut off your time stamp.
then type the stuff out in notepad or RUN and then COPY IT ALL in your info. Then open your info and hit F2, if that doesn't work, then let it gooooo.......
