AIM+ Hist: Can you download your history to disk?

I was wondering if anyone knows, is it possible to save your history to disk without having to cut and paste each conversation into word/works? I run with aim 4.8.2790

It's called.. History just for that reason. It saves to the hard drive as HTML files.

Located C:\Program Files\AIM+\History

or something around that location.

if you arnt running AIM+ (or another add on program to AIM) then in any IM window, just go to File > Save
