I know that there is a program called DesktopX. I am not fully sure what it is or does...and I do know that you have to pay after a trial period.

just assign shortcut keys to aim+ and you dont have to touch the mouse to open it.

ctrl+shift+a has been openning my aim+ for a while now

you could just delete the normal aim icon, and keep the aim+ icon...

Now you will not see ANY icons on your desktop.
